PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 1. A jury in the Circuit Court of Sunflower County found Booker T. Watson1 guilty of possession of more than 0.1 gram but less than 2.0 grams of cocaine. Watson was sentenced to serve eight years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. He was also ordered to pay a fine of $20,000, $250 to the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund, and a fee of $300 to the Mississippi...
