¶ 1. A chancellor granted Mitchell L. Sisk, Grace Sisk, and James Bruce Sisk, Sr., (collectively, the Sisks) a prescriptive easement across a private, gravel road to access their landlocked farmland in the Chiwapa Creek bottom, located in Lee County, Mississippi.
