¶ 1. Subsequent to receiving two federal sentences in 1999, Ray Charles Lenoir pled guilty to forgery and possession of a controlled substance. As a result of his guilty pleas, Lenoir was convicted of both crimes and sentenced to two fifteen-year terms of incarceration, both of which were suspended, and one five-year term of post-release supervision (PRS).
