¶ 1. Ellis Willie Dawkins pleaded guilty to the capital rape of his ten-year-old daughter. The trial court sentenced Dawkins to twenty years with ten years suspended, ten years to serve in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, and five years of post-release supervision.
