¶ 1. On April 17, 2007, the Chancery Court of Rankin County entered a final judgment of divorce granting Donna M. Sullivan and Stephen D. Sullivan a divorce on the ground of irreconcilable differences. The chancellor awarded primary physical custody of the parties' minor children to Stephen.
