Faye Jordan filed suit in the Circuit Court of Monroe County against Ann Wilson seeking to recover damages for assault and negligence arising out of an incident where Wilson allegedly pointed a firearm at Jordan. Wilson filed a motion to dismiss, for judgment on the pleadings, and for summary judgment.
