¶ 1. Decarlos Jenkins was convicted in the Circuit Court of Coahoma County of Count I, possession of cocaine, and Count II, possession of less than thirty grams of marijuana. On Count I, the circuit court sentenced Jenkins as a habitual offender to life in prison without the possibility of parole or probation. On Count II, the circuit court ordered Jenkins to pay a fine of $250. Aggrieved, Jenkins now appeals. He presents six issues...
