IRVING, J., for the Court.

¶ 1. John T. Whitley Sr. filed suit against the City of Pearl, Waste Management, Inc., and a number of towing companies (collectively, the Defendants), alleging that the Defendants acted improperly in carrying out a final judgment of the Rankin County County Court. After a hearing in which Whitley and the Defendants participated, the Rankin County County Court dismissed the towing companies from the suit.1
