¶ 1. Joseph Henry pleaded guilty to the sale of cocaine and was sentenced to ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections as a habitual offender, with no possibility of early release or parole. Thereafter, Henry filed motions for post-conviction relief, first requesting that his sentence be reduced to five years and later alleging that his attorney was ineffective and that the State failed to offer evidence...
