¶ 1. On April 12, 2005, Bart Ude was convicted in the Justice Court of Oktibbeha County of stalking. He was sentenced to serve a term of six months in the county jail, suspended for a period of two years pending good behavior and was ordered to pay all fines and court costs associated with the cause.
