("Employer") appeals from the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission's ("Commission") final award ("Award"), affirming and adopting the Administrative Law Judge's ("ALJ") award allowing compensation to Mr. Jason L. Collins ("Collins"). Collins cross-appeals. We affirm the Commission's Award.
