Mr. Jeffery Morgan ("Morgan") appeals from the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri ("trial court"), following a jury trial in which he was found guilty of the felonies of unlawful use of a weapon, armed criminal action, and unlawful possession of a firearm. We affirm.
