The State of Missouri appeals the grant of Victor Vickers' Rule 29.15 motion after evidentiary hearing. In one point on appeal, the State claims the motion court erred in finding Vickers' trial counsel ineffective in failing to endorse an alibi witness prior to trial. The judgment is affirmed.
