STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Joseph Fountain PERRY, Appellant.

Supreme Court of Missouri, en banc.

Opinion issued June 12, 2018.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Perry was represented by Jedd C. Schneider of the public defender's office in Columbia, (573) 777-9977.

The state was represented by Robert J. Bartholomew of the attorney general's office in Jefferson City, (573) 751-3321.

A jury found Joseph Perry guilty of one count of possession of a controlled substance. On appeal, he argues the circuit court erred in overruling his motions to suppress evidence and in sentencing him to eight years' imprisonment. The circuit court's judgment is affirmed.
