The Missouri Department of Transportation ("MoDOT") fired Cheikh Seck for falsifying his doctor's return-to-work certificate. The Labor and Industrial Relations Commission ("the Commission") determined that Seck was disqualified from receiving unemployment benefits under section 288.050.21 because he had been discharged for misconduct connected with his work.
