The State of Missouri, by and through the Missouri Attorney General ("Attorney General"), and the Missouri Highway Patrol ("MSHP") (collectively "Appellants"), appeal the "Judgment" of the trial court entered on November 19, 2012, ordering Robert Edward Kennedy's ("Kennedy") name be removed from the sexual offender registry for two second-degree statutory rape convictions in Stoddard County. Finding the trial court's Judgment was in error...
