Maria Stander ("Stander") appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cole County, Missouri ("trial court"), in favor of Linda Szabados ("Szabados"), on her counterclaims to quiet title to Szabados as joint tenant with Stander in certain improved real property ("the Property").1 We affirm.
