("Car Time"), a car dealership specializing in selling to those with credit problems, using credit extended by Credit Acceptance Corporation ("CAC"). Peel signed a sales agreement to purchase the vehicle and took possession but never received the vehicle's title. Peel's subsequent attempts to register the vehicle failed due to the lack of a title.
