A group of plaintiffs sued a number of health services providers, alleging that they were victims in a fraudulent billing scheme. The circuit court found that the plaintiffs had not shown that they were damaged by the health services providers' alleged wrongdoing, and it entered judgment in favor of the providers. This Court affirms.
