("Buchheit"), appeals the trial court's judgments granting summary judgment in favor of Peter Gaul and Joseph Bryan Palmer in its action against Gaul and Palmer to enforce a guaranty agreement. Buchheit argues that the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Gaul and Palmer was contrary to the law because "there were no material alterations to the guaranty agreement that would relieve [Gaul and Palmer] of their obligations...
