Johnny L. Kerns ("Appellant") appeals his conviction by a jury for one count of felony possession of a controlled substance in violation of section 195.202.1 Appellant now argues that there was insufficient evidence to prove that he possessed the methamphetamine. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
