Jennifer Jones sued Wells Fargo Auto Finance, LLC and Amy Laffoon (collectively "Wells Fargo") for race discrimination and retaliation in employment. Wells Fargo filed a motion to enforce settlement agreement, alleging that Jones had released any employment-related claims when she executed an Agreement and Release of Claims more than eight months after filing suit, in connection with her layoff from Wells Fargo as part of a large-scale reduction...
