Carol Lynn Davis ("Wife") appeals the division of marital property portion of the judgment that dissolved her marriage to Randy Joseph Davis ("Husband"). The dispute primarily involves a home that was originally owned by Wife's mother. Wife's mother "gifted" the home by special warranty deed to Wife after the parties were married.
