This consolidated appeal and cross-appeal arise from a contract for deed ("contract") between Anglin Family Investments ("Seller") and Aimee Deanne Hobbs (now Hodson, "Buyer") that went wrong when a third party acquired title by adverse possession to a portion of the real property to be conveyed.
