In 2005 and 2006, Unifund CCR Partners, a general partnership, filed three lawsuits in the associate circuit division of the Circuit Court of Cass County to collect on credit-card debts. Two of the suits were filed against Respondent Patsy Kinnamon, and one against Respondent Michael Hawkins. None of the petitions listed any of Unifund's partners as parties-plaintiff, or otherwise identified Unifund's partners. After service of process on each Respondent...
