Earl Wright ("Plaintiff") appeals both the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of American Family Mutual Insurance Company ("American Family") and, following a jury trial, the adverse verdict and judgment entered against Plaintiff and for Billy Blevins ("Defendant"), on Plaintiff's suit against Defendant following an automobile accident.
