Clarence Dodson appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief, seeking to vacate his conviction of felony non-support. Dodson argues that his plea was involuntary in that the court failed to comply with Rule 24.02 by failing to inform him that if he did not receive probation, he would not be allowed to withdraw his guilty plea.
