Kathleen Marie Reimer appeals the circuit court's grant of summary judgment to Scott Lee Hayes. In Reimer's sole point on appeal, she contends that the court erred in granting Hayes's motion for summary judgment because he failed to make a prima facie showing of entitlement to judgment as a matter of law.
