Quinzell Wooden ("Wooden") appeals the order of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission ("Commission") finding that he was disqualified from receiving unemployment benefits because he was fired from his job at The Summit, Inc. ("Summit"), due to misconduct connected with his work. We reverse and remand to the Commission with instructions to award Wooden unemployment benefits at a rate commensurate with Wooden's wage history with Summit...
