Kirk Fincher appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri ("trial court"), entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of murder in the first degree, § 565.020, RSMo 2000, and armed criminal action, § 571.015, RSMo 2000.
