Thomas K. Mason appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief. Mason raises three points on appeal. First, Mason contends that the circuit court clearly erred in overruling his Rule 24.035 motion because the court illegally considered Mason's prior juvenile adjudication in California for "Lewd and Lascivious Acts With a Child Under 14" when imposing Mason's sentence....
