Eugene Brandon ("Brandon") appeals the motion court's denial of his Rule 29.151 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing on the basis the motion court clearly erred in denying Brandon's claim of ineffective assistance of trial counsel. We affirm the judgment of the motion court.
