Donald Shane Sperling ("Appellant") was convicted by a jury of first-degree domestic assault and armed criminal action. The trial court sentenced him to two concurrent terms of twenty-five years imprisonment. He brings this appeal claiming the trial court erred in admitting photographs of his arms after his arrest because the presence of tattoos in the photographs were prejudicial to his defense.
