Billy Jack Hatfield was convicted in the Cass County Circuit Court of driving while intoxicated ("DWI"), § 577.010, RSMo, and of driving while his driving privilege was revoked, § 302.321, RSMo. He appeals. Although Hatfield does not challenge his conviction for driving while revoked, he argues that the evidence was insufficient to establish beyond a reasonable doubt that he drove his vehicle while intoxicated.
