Roderick D. Williams ("Williams") appeals the motion court's denial of his Rule 29.151 motion asserting his trial counsel was ineffective for failing to fully explain the ramifications of accepting the State's offer of an open plea of guilty to one charge of statutory rape in the second degree, rather than proceeding to trial on more serious charges. We affirm the motion court's decision.
