Rigby, Diana Lee Williams IRA Account, and Estate of Diana Lee Williams (Gaynor), and Robert and Barbara Kirstein (Kirsteins) appeal from the Final Judgment and Order of Dismissal (Judgment) approving the class action settlement in this case, overruling the Kirsteins' motion to intervene, and awarding attorneys' fees to class counsel. We deny the motion to dismiss Gaynor's appeal...
