Daniel Collis ("Movant") appeals the motion court's denial of his amended Rule 29.151 motion for post-conviction relief asserting his trial counsel, Jan King ("Mr. King"), was ineffective for failing to call Ronald Glaspie2 ("Glaspie") to testify at his trial. We affirm the order of the motion court.
