("Marshall Farms") and Lucky Seven Partnership ("Lucky Seven") appeal the trial court's order granting summary judgment for Edgar Calvin Marshall, III ("Husband") for conversion of Husband's income withheld and distributed pursuant to a Florida Amended Income Deduction Order ("Florida Order"). We reverse and remand in part and affirm in part.
