W.J. Stoecker, M.D., appeals the trial court's judgment awarding Susan Coleman post-judgment interest from April 26, 2007, to July 3, 2008, on a wrongful-death damage award. Stoecker contends that the trial court's order entered on April 26 was not a judgment upon which post-judgment interest could accrue and that such a judgment was not entered until July 3, 2008. We agree, reverse the trial court's judgment as to the date post-judgment interest...
