This interlocutory appeal arises out of a personal injury lawsuit. The lawsuit was filed by Christopher Lunceford ("Christopher") and Kimbra Lunceford ("Kimbra") (collectively the "Luncefords") against Michael Houghtlin ("Houghtlin") and Glynn Graybill ("Graybill") following a motorcycle accident.
