A jury convicted James Anthony ("Appellant") of first degree assault in violation of section 565.0501 (Count I) and armed criminal action in violation of section 571.015 (Count II). Appellant was sentenced to twenty years' imprisonment on Count I and ten years' imprisonment on Count II to run concurrently. This appeal followed. We affirm the trial court's judgment.
