Brian Browder ("Browder") appeals from the trial court's judgment denying his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief. Browder contends his conviction for the class C felony of making a terrorist threat, section 574.115,1 should be vacated because his guilty plea was not supported by an adequate factual basis. We affirm.
