Rocio Cortez ("Mother") sent Jessus1 Cortez ("Father") a certified letter informing him that in sixty days she would be moving with their daughter ("Child") from Noel, Missouri (where Father also resided) to Dallas, Texas. Because Father did not file an objection to Mother's proposed move within thirty days, Mother left as announced even though Father had at that point filed a motion opposing Child's relocation....
