Jeremy Oster ("Father") appeals separate judgments terminating his parental rights to and over two of his children, D.O. and K.N. (collectively, "the children" or "the girls"). K.N. was taken into protective custody in November of 2003. D.O. was taken into protective custody one month later. Father asserts seven points of alleged trial court error in these cases we have consolidated for purposes of appeal. We address only those that are dispositive...
