Harrell Johnson appeals the circuit court's judgment convicting him of murder in the first degree.1 Johnson contends that the evidence was insufficient to support a finding of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt for murder in the first degree because the State failed to produce evidence that Johnson knowingly caused Erica Michelle Marie Green's death after deliberation upon the matter.
