James Taylor ("Defendant") appeals from the judgment entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of forcible rape, in violation of section 566.030 RSMo1, kidnapping, in violation of section 565.110, and first-degree assault, in violation of section 565.050. Finding no error, we affirm.
