Rednam, M.D., was convicted of a felony, the Board of Registration for the Healing Arts entered an order automatically revoking his physician's license and barring him from applying for reinstatement for seven years. Rednam appealed to the circuit court. The circuit court affirmed the revocation of Rednam's license but reversed the Board's determination that he could not apply for reinstatement for seven...
