G.W. Jackson and Ryan Jackson (collectively, "Appellants") filed a petition for a writ of certiorari pursuant to section 89.1101 alleging that the city of Joplin ("the City") failed to follow the proper procedure when it granted a special use permit to Parker Mortuary. On review, the circuit court affirmed the actions of the City, from which Appellants bring this appeal. We find no error and affirm.
