David Allen Hagensieker ("Appellant") appeals his conviction for one count of the Class C felony of stealing, a violation of section 570.030.1 Following a jury trial, Appellant was sentenced by the trial court to seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections with execution of that sentence suspended and Appellant was placed on five years supervised probation. Additionally, he was ordered to pay $24,489.04 in restitution...
