Frank J. Marrone ("Appellant") was found guilty by a jury of driving while intoxicated in violation of section 577.0101 in the Circuit Court of Camden County. Appellant was sentenced as a chronic offender, pursuant to section 577.023 RSMo Cum.Supp.2005, to seven years incarceration. The judgment is affirmed.
